Shipping Policy

This policy explains how our store handles order processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping problems. Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within the United States. Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing and approximately 4–6 business days in transit. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.

Tracking details are sent to the order email after dispatch when available. Customers should check their delivery address before submitting an order and contact us promptly about an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped. Carrier delays and reports of lost, damaged, or misdelivered parcels are reviewed using the relevant order and tracking details.
