Refund Policy

This policy explains how our store handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with an order number or other proof of purchase. For an eligible return, the store covers return shipping and supplies return instructions or a prepaid label.

Report damaged, incomplete, incorrect, lost, or misdelivered orders promptly with the order details and, when relevant, photographs. After the returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Contact us before dispatch to request an order change or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
